Do I need any prior experience to join your wellness programs?
No prior experience is needed—our programs are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced individuals. Together, we’ll determine the best next steps based on your goals and readiness, then move forward one step at a time.
How do I get started with a wellness coach?

What can I expect during a coaching session?
During a session, we'll review your progress, celebrate every Millimeter, address any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed to help create wins you can recognize each day & week. We will work on the mental shifts needed to create lasting change & sustainability.
Getting and staying healthy is 95% in our unconscious thoughts, we will work to bring them to the consciousness so you can take control.
Most clients meet with their coach weekly, but session frequency can be tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.
Are your coaching sessions available online?
Yes, all clients receive virtual coaching sessions, designed to fit both your schedule and your coach’s availability for maximum convenience.
